A narrow, low-cost off-road rescue vehicle: a drivable 16-person prototype in phase one, now being rebuilt around a salvaged ATV drivetrain with a $2,500 grant.

A drivable train-styled vehicle built by FLiNT: I solely owned the mechanics and metalwork tracks, teaching myself MIG welding to do it.
